For visit arrangements, room or hire enquiries, refunds, date changes or a complaint, call or WhatsApp 079 437 5352. Rooms and hire remain enquiry-only. This website does not take payments or confirm bookings.
Tell us your booking or payment reference if available, visit date, what happened and the outcome you seek. Do not send banking passwords, PINs or one-time passwords. If you believe you have paid but lack confirmation, ask us to check before paying again.
We record when your request reaches us, acknowledge it within two business days, and resolve it or provide a progress update within ten business days. Approved refunds are initiated within three business days after approval; bank/provider settlement may take additional time. Read the Refund Policy for the rules and your rights.
If you disagree with a decision, ask for the reason and management review. Our support process does not remove your right to approach an appropriate consumer body, ombud, tribunal or court.
For privacy or record-access matters, ask for Misheck Mangarateke, Information Officer, using the telephone or written request routes. Do not send identity or medical documents to staff WhatsApp groups. The PAIA Manual explains formal access; the Information Regulator's complaint routes remain available.
