You can ask for access, correction, deletion where permitted, objection to relevant processing, withdrawal of optional consent or help with a privacy complaint. Our Information Officer is Misheck Mangarateke.
Contact the Information Officer
Call 079 437 5352 and ask for privacy assistance. Email your written request to enquiries@mangamresort.co.za, addressed to the Information Officer, Mangam Investment Trust (Pty) Ltd.
For record-inspection appointments, call to arrange access at Mangam Resort & Guesthouse, Molefe Makinta Highway, Soshanguve, 0152, Gauteng, Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 South African time. These hours are separate from resort visitor hours.
There is no online submission form on this page. Reading it does not send a request. If you need help with language, writing or the appropriate procedure, tell us when you call.
What to include
Give your name, a suitable reply route and a short description of the information or help you need. Include a booking or visit reference only if relevant. If you act for someone else, explain your authority. Do not send bank credentials or unnecessary children's, identity or medical records with a general enquiry. Ask for an appropriate private verification route if evidence is needed.
We verify identity or authority in proportion to the sensitivity of the request, explain the applicable process and respond under the relevant statutory deadlines. A deletion request may be limited by a legal retention obligation; we explain any such limit. A general customer-service target does not replace the legal period for a formal request.
Prescribed procedures and complaints
For formal PAIA access, use current Form 2 and the instructions in our PAIA Manual. The Information Regulator's PAIA page supplies the guide and request/complaint forms. For POPIA objections, correction or deletion, consult the official POPIA forms.
You may use the Information Regulator's applicable complaint process and other statutory remedies. Contacting Mangam does not waive those rights. Our Privacy Notice explains how information is used.
